Styby finished 9th in Sportsman of the year 2015 in the Czech Republic. He was the only cyclist in the top 10. The winner was athlete Zuzana Hejnova, world champion in 400 m hurdles.
„I am very happy to be in top 10 again. When I won the cyclocross world Championships in Tabor in 2010, I was in top 10 for the first time and I finished 5th. I am here again with top athletes, so it is big honor for me,“ said Styby.
He will stay in the Czech Republic and he will celebrate Christmas with his family, wife Ine and son Lewis. But on December 26th he will fly to Mallorca again where he will train till team Etixx-Quick Step training camp in Spain at the beginning of January.
